At each meeting, whether lunch or dinner, guided discussions focus on timely and relevant business topics, with every member encouraged to contribute. As the groups grow, members may have opportunities to present on topics that benefit everyone, always with the intention of sharing expertise rather than sales pitches.
Curated, Close-Knit Groups: Each group is intentionally capped at 30 members, creating a trusted environment where real relationships and collaboration can flourish, unlike larger networking events where meaningful connections can be harder to make.
No Competition: With only one representative per industry, members can openly share insights and strategies without concern for direct competitors in the room.
Not a Referral Organization: These groups focus on facilitated conversations, peer learning, and professional growth. There are no mandatory referral quotas or expectations. Members are here to support each other’s development, share expertise, and build genuine, long-term business relationships.

Regular Attendance: Members are expected to attend meetings regularly. Missing more than three consecutive meetings without explanation may result in a review of membership status.
Alternates: Pre-approved alternates may attend in a member’s place if necessary.
Active Participation: Members are encouraged to engage fully, contribute to discussions, and help maintain the group’s collaborative spirit.
